Nature's Recipes

Dry, rough heels can appear even when we take care of the rest of the body. The skin in the heel area is especially thick, and when it loses moisture it can become hard and crack.

A simple home treatment before bed can help soften it.

Preparation and Use
  1. Mix the shea butter and olive oil in a small bowl until a soft texture is obtained.

  2. Wash the feet and dry them.

  3. Massage the mixture into the heels for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Put on cotton socks.

  5. Leave on overnight.

What You Need
  • One teaspoon of natural shea butter.
  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil.
  • A pair of clean cotton socks.
How Often?

You can use it every evening in periods of dryness.

A Small Tip from Nature

For a more pleasant result, you can apply the mixture after a shower, while the skin is still slightly damp.

The treatment is suitable for dryness and roughness. Deep or bleeding cracks require appropriate treatment beyond home softening.

Why Is It Good?

Shea butter and olive oil are rich in fats that soften the skin and help reduce moisture loss. The cotton socks help keep the mixture in place.
