Not everything that helps care for the mouth requires a mixture of herbs or special ingredients. Sometimes the simplest solution is right at the tap.

A short rinse with water after a meal can help clear away food residue and give a feeling of freshness.

  • Half a cup of clean water at room temperature.
How Often?

You can do it after meals or snacks.

A Small Tip from Nature

After drinking an acidic drink, rinsing with water is a helpful habit. There is no need to add vinegar, lemon or essential oils.

Why Is It Good?

The water helps rinse away some of the food and drink residue and temporarily reduce the feeling of dryness.

Did You Know?

Our saliva is part of the mouth's natural defense system. Drinking enough water supports its normal function.

Rinsing with water does not replace brushing with a fluoride toothpaste and cleaning between the teeth.
