Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) via the selected shipping option according to the terms below. Please note that the recipient of the order is responsible for ALL duties and taxes, if applicable. For example, for Israel, ANY Order which exceed $75 in value may be taxed by local authorities. The value of an item is assessed at it's RETAIL value, regardless of any sales. Therefore, a $100 item, even if discounted to $70, will still be assessed taxes at its original retail value of $100.
1. We will process all orders within 1-3 working days. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be processed within 15 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.
2. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
3. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. (There are some delivery restrictions on where we can deliver and these will be given to you on request.)
4. We will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery time scales quoted to you are indicative only. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
5. Please note that we will monitor every country's delivery service and should there be a problem in that country, we will inform the customer with some extra postal options.
6. STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA). Standard shipping in the USA is FREE for orders over $70 and $5 for orders under $70 with a 1-2 week transit time and a 1-3 day processing time before shipping. Please allow up to 21 working days to receive items.
7. STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Standard shipping Internationally (other than USA) is FREE for orders over $70 and $8 for orders under $70 with a 2-4 week transit time and a 1-3 day processing time before shipping. Please allow up to 45 working days to receive items.
8. EXPRESS DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA). Express shipping in the USA is $5 for orders over $70 and $10 for orders under $70 with a 4-6 day transit time and a 1-3 day processing time before shipping. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive items.
9. EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Express shipping Internationally (other than USA) is $12 for orders over $70 and $18 for orders under $70 with a 7-10 day transit time and a 1-3 day processing time before shipping. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive items.
Please note ALL shipping times listed above are ESTIMATES and NOT GUARANTEED as they are dependent upon the shipping traffic over which we have no control.

At OrOrgani, our goal is to help you find the perfect products for your skin and well-being, so if you are not totally satisfied, and you live in the US ONLY, you may return any product within 30 days of your purchase, provided that it is at least half full. NO RETURNS for INTERNATIONAL orders are available at this time. However, you may cancel an order BEFORE it has shipped regardless of where you are located.
You are responsible for ensuring that your address is correct. If an order does not arrive because your address was entered incorrectly, you are still responsible to pay for the entire order regardless.
All online orders must be returned with the packing slip. Your Name, Order #, and Email Address must be sent along with a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org.

All returns will be credited back to the original credit card used, within 12 business days of our Customer Care department receiving your order. Please note, return shipping costs are not refundable.
All in-store purchases must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Once placed, online orders can only be cancelled before the order has shipped. In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, all online orders are sent to our warehouse for immediate processing and therefore any changes in an order require it to be cancelled immediately.
