SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. OrOrgani cannot be responsible for delays, returned packages, or undeliverable orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

U.S. SHIPPING

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international shipping to select destinations.

International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. Please allow additional time for international shipments.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not collected or controlled by OrOrgani.

All international delivery estimates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed due to customs processing and carrier delays.

RETURNS

We want you to love your OrOrgani products.

Customers located in the United States may request a return within 30 days of purchase, provided the product contains at least 50% of its original contents.

At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns. International orders may be cancelled before fulfillment has begun.

To request a return, please contact sales@ororgani.com with your name, order number, and the email address associated with your purchase.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 12 business days for your refund to be processed after the return has been received.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Products purchased from a retail location or authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment has begun.

Because orders are sent to our fulfillment center for processing shortly after they are placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
