Preparation and Use
  1. Dissolve the salt in the warm water.

  2. Take a small sip and gently rinse the mouth for about 30 seconds.

  3. Spit out the solution, without swallowing.

What You Need
  • A cup of warm water (about 240 ml)
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
How Often?

Two to three times a day, as needed.

A Small Tip from Nature

It is not advisable to place salt directly on the sore. It can cause strong burning without adding any benefit.

Why Is It Good?

Salt water may ease the discomfort and help gently cleanse the mouth while the sore heals.

Did You Know?

Most small mouth sores heal on their own within a week to two. A sore that does not disappear within three weeks requires an examination.
