How to Use:
1. Apply a small amount of MELT+ to dry hands and gently massage onto dry facial skin.
2. Massage in circular motions to dissolve makeup, sunscreen, and impurities.
3. Add a little lukewarm water to transform the oil into a silky, milky emulsion.
4. Continue massaging gently, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
5. Pat skin dry and follow with your favorite OrOrgani serum and moisturizer.
For daily use, morning or evening.
When removing eye makeup, keep eyes closed and avoid direct contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

OrOrgani cannot be responsible for delays, returned packages, or undeliverable orders resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

U.S. SHIPPING

SHIPPING TO ISRAEL
Delivery to Israel may take up to 40 business days from the date of shipment, and additional delays may occur at local distribution centers inside Israel. Please also note that, under Israeli regulations, an order valued above $75 may be subject to local taxes assessed by the Israeli authorities, based on the item’s full retail value.
International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. Please allow additional time for international shipments.

RETURNS
We want you to love your OrOrgani products.
Customers located in the United States may request a return within 30 days of purchase, provided the product contains at least 50% of its original contents.
At this time, international orders are not eligible for returns. International orders may be cancelled before fulfillment has begun.
To request a return, please contact sales@ororgani.com with your name, order number, and the email address associated with your purchase.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 12 business days for your refund to be processed after the return has been received.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Products purchased from a retail location or authorized retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s return policy.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment has begun.
Because orders are sent to our fulfillment center for processing shortly after they are placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
